Jobless Again ...

Jobless !!! That is my life status now. Somehow, i did not felt the pity side of not getting the Puchong work. Let me ellaborate my point of view on the reasons why i resign myself from the work. Some might said that when one do not want to work, there will be many reasons. So, i'll just state down the reasons and let it be review by you.

Salary
This part is not a problem for me since its salary is quite the normal standard considering that we are inexperience and the company is not a giant or listed company is Malaysia. RM 1100 per month. Overtime for weekdays and Saturday is 1.5 while for Sunday, it is 2.0.

Working Hours
9.00 am to 6.00pm for any day. 7.00am reach office for a briefing then reach KLIA at 9.00am to start work. Finish work at there by 6.00pm. Come back to office for debriefing. So, you might be guessing what time is our working hour starts and ends ?

Project Manager version: Working hour start at 9.00am although we check in at 7.00am. Working hour ends at 6.00pm but we still need to go back for debriefing.
My view: This is the information given by the PM who interviewed us. It is fine if u gave us around RM5 or more for an hour since that is the normal rate for part time workers considering it is non-listed company. But heck, wanting us to check in at 7am but the salary started to count at 9am and the salary stops at 6pm while we still need to be back at office for any debrief which i expected the time to be 7pm by the time we reach the office. It is working 12 hours a day with only 8 hours salary.

Director version: Working hour starts the moment you reach office and ends the moment you leave office. Anytime you work more than 8 hours will be count as overtime.
My view: This version sounds better but then, it is too late already by the time i know this cause we have all tender in our resignation. No regrets. Just confused why the version by both PM and Director differs so much. Aren't they under the same company ? Give me an impression that this company have a serious problem in managing its staff.

SOCSO
Most of you should know what this is. It is a government sponsored insurance to protect the health care of the workers when they are working. Tripro Technology does not provide us with any SOCSO because we are working as temporary staff.
My view: Was told by the director that this can given some thoughts if we requested for it. Only after when i called her. She was blaming it on us for not telling it her about it and discuss it with her. She may be right up to that point. But here is a piece of my mind, why do you not in the first place ask us if we wanted SOCSO since we will be travelling from work to KLIA via our own car ? Why is it that costly for the company that asked us to work for it to actually give us a SOCSO ? Since you do know the fact that we are all inexperience, why you do not actually ask us that but just blindly state in the letter that we do not have SOSCO ? I admit it is my mistake for not asking but i do have this thinking as well, why work for you since when you said you are being considerate to your workers yet you are not to us ? Aren't we your workers as well ? So, bulls*** it is.

That is the three main reasons why i decided to pull out from the work. I even had a quarrel with the director of the company. Not proud of it because i had made myself an enemy eventhough i have yet to come out to society and start work. Well, the content of the conversation matters no more since it was filled up with what i think is childish talk. I was trying to let our dear director know what is our situation and plead her to see into our situation through our eys. Yet, i was given the cold shoulder and b***s*** about me not being humble to the boss, respective toward the company, and my bad attitude. Am i expected to really be good to the company after knowing you are bullying our inexperience in working ? Scolding up one of us, hold up when one of us called to tell you that we wanted to resign and speak to us as though we own you the whole world.

Enough with the director stuff anyway. Haha. Makes me realised that by the time i come out to work, i will need to ask for all my rights as a worker. Be it in a good company or a bad one. Salary does not necessary matter most but it is your right as a worker that really matters. Salary will come by with experience, qualification, performance and good working etnic. Another lesson learn. So, things are right when my father said that the young ones will always got bully when they go out to work because that is a part of a learning process up the administration ladder. I can't say he is totally correct but from stories i heard and read, he is almost totally correct with that view.

Since i am not in hurry or need to find a job, i have nothing to lose to actually resign from that Puchong job but with a lesson learnt of course. On the other hand, i never intended to work during the holidays. If there is work that comes by, i will just take it up ^^ But for the Puchong ones, the thing i called dishonesty has somehow cancelled out the excitement i felt before.

In the meantime, i will be waiting for a reply from my previous supervisor for any vacancy at SNS Network which she said there is one come end of January. Somehow, i still like doing sales because i am able to come in contact with people rather than just sit in the office or anywhere else facing the wall and the colleague around you. So, for now i wait. What if there isn't ? Aren't you gonna find any other work ? Most of my friends will ask me this. Well, let's just say i am taking things easy for now. Like i said, i do not intend to work in this holiday. Just to fill up a bit of time and get some extra incomes. So, if there aren't any. Perhaps i just opt to go out to my father's work place and work as a car dealer. Do not want to think too much about work now because it is not time yet. When is the time then ? I do not know, but i will know when it is when the time comes.

I expect critisicism from most people because i am giving out an impression that i am being a lazy bum or someone who does not care about anything around him. Well, each of us have our own point of view and opinions towards how to live our life ei ? Well, i have my own but i will still open myself to any others except nonsense. That will be an exemption. :)

I'm glad you're super smart nvr choose the stupid puchong job. That company can go die la for taking advantages of inexperience workers.

No SOCSO nvm, but the working hours????! At least petrol must have incentive lorrr!!! *angry

Sales is cool. Got commission and sometimes lenglui XD

Haha ... The petrol can be claimed back but i am more worried about the SOCSO ^^
